PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

 

This Agreement is entered into between the Client and the Fast Line Studio Beauty Salon Network.

Please read this Agreement carefully before arranging a service at the Beauty Salon for the period from 15 to 31 December.
An appointment for the New Year’s Eve period (15 December – 31 December) is subject to a paid booking of a stay at the Fast Line Studio Beauty Salon Network in the amount of 50% of the amount of the services booked.

Payment for the services of such a booking by the specified date implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement.

  1. Need to pay for booking the procedure

There are cases where clients make an appointment for a treatment and then do not turn up without prior notice of cancellation and do not answer our phone calls.

At the same time, the nail technician’s time is already occupied for a certain period of time and we cannot make another appointment with this technician at the same time. This is particularly painful and affects the work of our salon during the New Year’s Eve period. When there are many more people willing to visit the salon than there are hours in the day.

To avoid unpleasant situations, please understand that when making an appointment for a service on New Year’s Eve, you must make a paid booking for the service – at 50% of the amount of the services booked.

  1. Payment deadline for bookings

Payment must be made within one day of booking. If the date of the visit is less than 2 days away – within 2 hours.

If the client does not manage to make the prepayment within the deadline specified above, his/her visit will be automatically cancelled.

By making the payment for the booking, the client confirms the fact of making an appointment for a specific date and time agreed with the administrator by phone, or via instant messaging, or via the Fast Line Studio chatbot.

  1. Returns and cancellations

If, during the specified New Year’s Eve period, the customer gives notice of cancellation or postponement more than 10 days before the date of booking (for which the prepayment was made), the corresponding funds will remain in the customer’s account, which is registered in the CRM system and can be used for the next visit to the beauty salon. Otherwise, the amount is not transferred and is not refunded, except in the cases specified in point 4.

  1. Regardless of the conditions, the return or transfer of the booking is possible under certain conditions:
  • Cancellation of recording at the initiative of Fast Line Studio network
  • Time change on the initiative of Fast Line Studio network
  • Failure of the service due to inability to provide the service at the fault of the Fast Line Studio network.
  • And also in case of providing documents proving partial incapacity due to COVID or other illness.
