PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
1. Definitions
Seller / Administration – Fast Line Studio Sp. z o.o., Osiedle Avia 1, unit 4, 31-877 Kraków, REGON: 523414366, NIP: 6751772083.
Client / User – a natural or legal person using the services of the Fast Line Studio Beauty Salon Network.
Service / Product – cosmetic procedures, additional services, or goods offered by the Seller.
New Year Period – the period from December 15 to December 31 each year with specific booking and payment rules.
2. Subject of the Agreement
- This Agreement regulates the terms of using services provided by the Fast Line Studio Beauty Salon Network.
- By making a booking or payment, the Client accepts the terms of this Agreement.
3. Orders and Bookings
- The Client books an appointment by phone, via online messengers, or through the Fast Line Studio chat-bot.
- Bookings become binding after a prepayment is made (details in section 4).
During the New Year period, a 50% deposit of the service cost applies.
4. Payments
Standard payments for services can be made in the forms available on the website (transfer, card, etc.).
During the New Year period:
- The prepayment must be made within 1 day of booking.
- If less than 2 days remain before the appointment, payment must be made within 2 hours.
- Failure to pay within the specified time results in automatic cancellation of the appointment.
Payment confirms the appointment for the agreed date and time.

5. Refunds and Cancellations
The Client may cancel or reschedule an appointment:
- More than 10 days before a New Year appointment – funds remain in the Client’s CRM account and can be used for a future visit.
- Otherwise – the prepayment is non-refundable, except as specified in section 2.
Refunds or rescheduling are also possible in cases of:
- Appointment cancellation by Fast Line Studio.
- Change of appointment time by Fast Line Studio.
- Inability to provide the service due to the salon’s fault.
- Partial incapacity of the Client due to COVID or other illness (supporting documents required).
6. Liability of the Parties
- The Client is responsible for timely attendance and proper use of services.
- The Seller is responsible for the quality of services provided in accordance with applicable law.
- The Seller is not liable for the consequences of force majeure (war, state of emergency, natural disasters).
7. Final Provisions
- The Agreement comes into effect at the moment of booking or payment.
- All matters not regulated by this Agreement are governed by Polish law, including the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
- In case of dispute, the parties agree to attempt an amicable resolution; if no agreement is reached, the case will be reviewed by a competent court in Poland.
