Grey hair camouflage. What is it?

How do you get rid of grey hair?

When it comes to the problem of grey hair, ladies usually opt for hair colouring when the colour of grey hair starts to show through their natural strands. For men, grey hair and youth can be ‘held back’ a little and age-related changes can be masked. Grey hair can be concealed with a treatment called ‘Camouflage’. The term ‘camouflage’ is applied to the process of colouring grey hair. Not every quality dye can handle this task. It is also important that the process is carried out by an experienced colourist. And, of course, the equipment used in the hair salon plays a big role.

Contraindications

Do not apply bleach or toner to a damaged scalp. It is also a good idea to check beforehand that the chosen cosmetic does not cause an allergic reaction. Before treatment, the colourist examines the client and selects a suitable camouflage or recommends postponing colouring until the skin has completely healed.

Grey hair care after toning

Another treatment should be repeated after 3-5 weeks, depending on the type and individual characteristics of the hair.
