Fast Line Studio Limited Liability Company (Regon: 523414366, hereinafter referred to as the Company) respects the privacy of every person who visits our website and/or uses our chatbot. We would like to inform you about what data we collect and how we use it. You will also learn how you can verify the accuracy of the information we collect and instruct us to delete it. Data is collected, processed and used in strict compliance with the requirements of applicable Polish law.
This statement does not apply to websites that are accessed via hyperlinks on the Fast Line Studio TM website.
- Collection, use and processing of personal data
We collect information about specific individuals only for the purpose of processing and use and only if you have voluntarily provided this information or have expressly consented to its use. When you visit our website, some data is automatically stored on the Company’s servers for system administration purposes, as well as for statistical or backup purposes. The information recorded includes: the name of the user’s internet service provider; in some cases, the user’s IP address; information about the version of the browser software, the operating system of the computer from which the user visited our website; the website that the user uses to visit our website; the addresses of websites visited simultaneously with our website and, if possible, the search parameters that led the user to our website. Depending on the circumstances, such information allows us to draw conclusions about the audience visiting our website. However, no personal data is used in this context. If information is transmitted by the Company to an external provider, all possible technical and organisational measures are taken to ensure that the data is transmitted in accordance with the requirements of the applicable Polish data protection law.
If you voluntarily provide us with personal data, we undertake not to use, process or transmit such data in a manner that goes beyond the requirements of applicable Polish law or in the manner indicated by you in the consent form. Personal data may only be transferred on the basis of a court decision or as otherwise provided by applicable Polish law. Any changes to the Privacy Statement will be published on this website. This enables the user to obtain information at any time about what data we hold and how we collect and store it.
- Data security
The Company undertakes to store your personal information carefully and to take every precaution to protect it from loss, misuse or alteration. The Company’s contractual partners, who have access to your data which they need to provide services on behalf of the Company in accordance with the terms of their contracts with the Company, are bound by the terms of confidentiality of this information and are not entitled to use the data provided for any other purpose. In some cases, it may be necessary to forward your requests to Fast Line Studio Limited Liability Company’s partner companies. In such cases, your personal data will also be treated as confidential and treated in confidence.
- Personal data of minors
The Company does not wish to collect information about visitors under the age of 16. If necessary, we may openly draw the child’s attention to the fact that they are under no obligation to send us any personal information. If the child’s parents or other legal guardians discover that the child has provided certain information to the Company and believe that the data should be destroyed, the parents or other legal guardians should contact us at the address below (see Section 7). The Company will then promptly delete the relevant personal data.

The DoubleClick cookie uses an encrypted identification number assigned to your browser to check whether you see relevant advertisements. Data is only transferred to third parties within the framework of the applicable data processing regulations and in accordance with the terms of the contract. Stored data will be deleted by the Company after the expiry of the retention period specified by law or contract, or if the Company no longer needs to store certain data. Use of social media plug-ins
