2. Scope, purposes, and legal bases of processing

 

We process the following data: first name, last name, phone number, e-mail, information about reservation/performed Service, payments.


Purposes and legal bases:

  1. handling reservations and providing Services – Art. 6 (1) (b) RODO (contract),
  2. online payments via Przelewy24 – Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) RODO,
  3. issuing invoices and tax settlements – Art. 6(1)(c) RODO (instead of GDPR, if you want consistency with Polish wording)
  4. handling complaints – Art. 6 (1) (c) and (b) RODO,
  5. analytics and cookies (Google Analytics/Meta Pixel, if enabled) – Art. 6 (1) (a) RODO (consent), 
  6. communication and website security – Art. 6 (1) (f) RODO (legitimate interest).

 

3. Data recipients

 

Data may be transferred to:
– payment provider Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A.),
– hosting and reservation/CRM system providers,
– providers of analytics tools (e.g. Google), marketing tools (e.g. Meta),
– entities authorized under the law. Data processing agreements are concluded with them (if required).

 

4. Transfers outside the EEA

 

  • When using Google/Meta tools, data may be transferred outside the EEA based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and other mechanisms provided for under the RODO. We apply appropriate safeguards, including pseudonymization and data minimization.
  • Data may also be transferred to entities cooperating in the processing of online payments (Przelewy24/PayPro S.A.), as well as to IT service providers, accounting firms, and legal advisors.

 

5. Storage period

 

– reservation and settlement data: up to 6 years (tax and accounting regulations),
– contact data: for the duration of case handling,
– analytical data from cookies: according to tool settings (usually 14–26 months) or until consent is withdrawn.

 

6. Data subject rights

 

  • access to your data,
  • rectification of your data,
  • request erasure or restriction of processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with the President of  UODO.
