Safety in the salon

When a client chooses a beauty salon, what comes first is not only the result of the procedure, but also the feeling of calm and confidence in their own safety. At Fast Line Studio, we place the trust of our clients above all else, which is why we adhere to the strictest rules of hygiene and safety. For us, it is important that you feel protected and have absolute confidence in the sterility of the environment.

We have developed our own safety protocols, which are followed without exception by all employees. Compliance with sanitary standards is monitored by the state authorities of Poland, but the main control is carried out by us independently every day.

For us, safety rules are not just a formality, but a real daily practice:

• The salon is equipped with a modern ventilation system and high-quality lighting for the comfort of both masters and clients.
• Instruments undergo a five-stage sterilization process after each procedure, and the premises are regularly disinfected.
• Every master undergoes mandatory medical examinations, which confirm their professional suitability and safety.
• Hygiene standards include the use of hand antiseptics, thorough disinfection of work surfaces, the use of disposable materials, and individual packaging of instruments.
• Only certified products and cosmetics are used, all of which have permits and certificates of conformity issued by the Ministerstwo Zdrowia and the Państwowa Inspekcja Sanitarna. This applies to dyes, cosmetic products, disinfectant solutions, and all materials that come into contact with the skin.
• Our internal protocols are aligned with the requirements of state inspection bodies and are regularly updated in accordance with current Polish safety standards.
• All equipment undergoes technical inspections and also complies with electrical and fire safety regulations.
• Every employee is required to undergo safety training.
  

We are constantly improving our procedures, guided by legal requirements and the recommendations of relevant Polish authorities. For us, inspections by state bodies are not a formality, but confirmation of our high level of professional responsibility.

In our manicure service, the main principle is your safety. All instruments and work surfaces undergo a two-level disinfection system that ensures absolute sterility.

• Sterilization completely destroys fungi, viruses, mycobacteria, and even the most resistant spores.
• Medium- and low-level disinfection effectively removes bacteria and small viruses from work surfaces.

The process of instrument treatment at Fast Line Studio looks like this:

1. The used cutting instrument is immersed for 30 minutes in a Surfanios solution.
2. Drill bits are cleaned in a Podosonic ultrasonic cleaner, which removes dust and microparticles.
3. Instruments are rinsed under running water with a brush to eliminate any remaining biological material.
4. Drying is carried out using disposable towels.
5. The instruments are packed in kraft paper bags for further sterilization.
6. In the dry-heat sterilizer, the packages are heated to 180°C for 60 minutes. The indicator on the package changes color, confirming that the procedure has been carried out correctly.
7. After this, the instruments are stored in cabinets with ultraviolet light for up to 20 days. If the package is damaged or the storage period has expired, the instrument undergoes sterilization again.

Work surfaces are disinfected after each client. Before the procedure, masters wash their hands with soap, treat them with antiseptic, and work in protective gloves. All disposable materials are used only once.

The masters strictly follow hygiene rules: they work in clean changeable clothing, with their hair covered, face protected, and without jewelry. This guarantees that microbes will not get into the working area.

Hair care in our salon also takes place under safe conditions. Haircuts and styling are performed in compliance with special protocols for the treatment of all instruments.

Combs

• First, they are cleaned of hair with a brush.
• Then they are immersed in a Surfanios solution for 30 minutes.
• After rinsing and drying, they are packed in vacuum-sealed bags, which are opened only in front of the client.

Scissors

• The blades are rinsed, disinfected for 5 minutes, and rinsed again.
• After this, they are dried, lubricated with Wahl oil, and packed in vacuum-sealed bags.
• They are used only after opening the package in front of the client.
• If necessary, they undergo sharpening.

Clippers and trimmers

• After use, they are treated with Blade Ice spray, and the blades are lubricated with Wahl oil.
• Attachments are rinsed, disinfected for 10 minutes, rinsed again, dried, and packed in vacuum-sealed bags.
• Use is possible only after opening the package during the procedure.
• If necessary, the instruments undergo sharpening.

Thanks to these rules, clients of Fast Line Studio can be confident: during a manicure, haircut, or styling, they are in a sterile and safe environment, and all instruments meet the highest safety standards.
